Asthma medicine card

An asthma medicine card is a credit card-sized record for you to fill in with your doctor or asthma nurse and keep with you. You can use this card to list your prescribed asthma medicines, how much to take and how often. It also gives you information on what to do when your asthma symptoms become worse and what steps to take in an emergency.
