Asthma UK's Be In Control materials have been created to help to control your asthma symptoms. Read more about them in this section by following the links below or to the left hand side of this page.The 'Be in Control' pack contains:

- Personal Asthma Action Plan - contains the information you need to keep your asthma well controlled, it gives you guidance about what action to take when your asthma symptoms change.
- Your Peak Flow Diary- this is for you to record your peak flow scores, alongside any symptoms you may be having and the medicines you are taking. It will help you recognise when you asthma is getting worse.
- Asthma Medicine Card - a written record of which medicines you should take and when.
- Making the Most of your Asthma Review - everyone with asthma should have an asthma review with their doctor or asthma nurse at least once a year. This leaflet gives you the information about what you should discuss at your asthma review.
