Kodak sponsored Asthma UK’s Junior 2K running event, which was held over the Easter Weekend at Dorney Lake, Windsor.

Kodak’s generous sponsorship and support on the day were a great boost for the event. Despite the wintry weather 180 children, aged three to 16, took part and were rewarded for their support with Kodak goody bags, which included single use cameras.

Two girls smiling at Asthma UK's Junior 2K Kodak benefitted from many branding opportunities, which included targeted mailings to thousands of runners of all ages, the Kodak logo on all race numbers and mentions by the race commentator on the day.

Along with the adult 10K run, the Junior 2K gained widespread media coverage in regional newspapers and on local radio, as well as consumer magazines.

At the time of writing, the event had achieved 750,000 opportunities to see, hear or read about it.
