Supporting emergency asthma care across Angus through education and promotion of self management

Aim: To support the implementation of the process of emergency care for a person having an asthma attack as defined in Asthma UK’s Emergency Asthma Care through: awareness campaigns to healthcare staff; working with local healthcare providers; liaising with acute care services; provision of Asthma UK literature across Angus; provision of education across Angus.

Outcomes: The project is now completed.
