Aims: To reduce the number of Accident & Emergency Attendances and Hospital Admissions by under 18’s as a result of Asthma. Funding from the Asthma UK Challenge Fund will be used to help fund a part-time Asthma Specialist Nurse, who will focus on developing, supporting and implementing better asthma services for children and young people in Sandwell.

Update – There has been a delayed start to the project as a nurse was only recently recruited for the Asthma Specialist Nurse post.
