£12 pays for one hour of expert advice from one of the Asthma UK Adviceline's asthma nurse specialists.



Ensure vital research can go ahead

£16 can fund two hours of essential research resources. Such funding enables Asthma UK to support research to investigate why asthma develops, how it affects people differently and how it can be treated more effectively.

Life-saving information and advice

Wallet sized card guide to do during an asthma attack. £25 could produce and distribute 125 Asthma Attack Cards, helping us to save lives.




Kick Asthma holidays

£43 pays for a day’s educational activities on a Kick Asthma holiday for children and young people with asthma.

Participants learn more about managing their asthma and take part in confidence boosting activities.

Keeping you up to date

When you set up a regular gift such as a direct debit we will send you a biannual newsletter updating you on how you are helping to improve the lives of the millions of people in the UK with asthma.
