London Triathlon

Applications are now open for the 2009 Mazda London Triathlon. Swim, cycle and run a distance of your choice in this fantastic multidiscipline event!
Triathlon medallists

  • Distance: Super Sprint, Sprint or Olympic
  • Registration fee: £50

The London Triathlon takes place at London’s ExCel centre in the Docklands and starts with the swim in the Royal Victoria Docks. It is the world’s biggest triathlon event attracting 10,000 participants each year - many of whom are first time triathletes. Entry into the event can be either on an individual or team basis.

Choose your race

Individual: One person is registered and participates in all three disciplines – swimming, cycling and running.
Team: Three people enter, each participating in one of the disciplines.

Choose your distance

  • Super Sprint: - 400m swim, 10k cycle and 2.5k run
  • Sprint: 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run
  • Olympic: 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run
  • Team Sprint: 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run
  • Team Olympic: 1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10k run

Asthma UK has a limited number of guaranteed entries for the 2009 event. To receive further details please click on the button below, or to apply please complete the application form to the right of this page and return it to Asthma UK.

We ask each participant to pledge to raise a sponsorship total of £500 for Asthma UK if they are allocated a place, and we will also require a registration fee of £50 at the time of registration to secure your place.
