The ING New York City Marathon® is one of the world’s largest and most famous road races and one that many say is the most exciting in the world. Starting on Staten Island you cross the huge expanse of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge into the diverse communities of Brooklyn before running along the streets of Manhattan.

How to enter...

  • We are now accepting applications for places in the 2008 ING New York City Marathon. Race entries are available from Sports Tours International in conjunction with a travel package, and Asthma UK offers reimbursements to help you cover your travel and entry costs.

  • If you are interested in applying for your own place in the 2008 race through the official ballot please visit ingnycmarathon.com for details of how you can enter.
