Super Spring Raffle 2008 Rules

  1. No ticket to be sold by or to anyone under 16 years of age
  2. The draw will be conducted on Wednesday 9 July 2008
  3. The winning tickets will be published on the Asthma UK website (asthma.org.uk) and will be available from the Asthma UK’s Supporter & Information Team from 16 July 2008
  4. The cost of each ticket is £1
  5. All profits from Asthma UK’s Super Spring Raffle 2008 go to Asthma UK, registered charity number 802364
  6. Prizes for Asthma UK’s Super Spring Raffle 2008 are printed on the raffle ticket books and posted on Asthma UK’s Super Spring Raffle 2008 web page. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prize winners to be notified by post no later than 10 August 2008
  7. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary, for example: Mrs Jones from Berkshire
  8. No liability is accepted by Asthma UK for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post, any late entries will be classed as donations
