Rules of entry for Asthma UK Raffles.

Raffles

At £1 per ticket, Raffles are a great way for you, your family and friends to share the fun and help Asthma UK be there for people with asthma. To play our next raffle and be in with a chance of winning a substantial cash prize, please give us a call on 01249 280019 and we will make sure that you are sent some tickets in time to play our next raffle.

The 'Win it your way' Raffle 2020

Entry: The raffle draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Tickets are £1 per entry. Asthma UK staff, trustees and their families are excluded from playing the raffle. Woods Response Services employees are excluded from playing the raffle.

Terms of Entry: Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age. The 'Win it your way' Raffle 2020 and £250 VIP Draw may be illustrated or presented differently via various Asthma UK promotions. 

Draw date: Entry into the £250 Speed Draw is automatic for all entries received by 18 September 2020; the bonus draw will take place on 25 September 2020. Entry into the main raffle draw closes on 20 November 2020; the draw takes place on 27 November 2020The draw will be conducted by a Gambling Commission approved External Lotteries Manager, using a random number generator.

Prizes: Prizes are cash-only and cannot be exchanged.

Winners: Winners details and prizes will be posted online on the Asthma UK website within 28 days of the draw date. Where possible, we will contact winners by phone or post ahead of their details being published. To help Asthma UK promote future fundraising draws, winners will be asked to provide a short comment about winning and a photograph.    

Late Entries: Monies received after the closing date will be treated as a donation. Thank you.

 RAFFLE SPEED DRAW RULES:

Entry into the Speed Draw for the chance to win £250, is automatic for all raffle entries received by 18 September 2020; the bonus draw will take place on 25 September 2020.  The Speed Draw may be illustrated or presented differently via various Asthma UK promotions. The winner's details will be posted online at www.asthma.org.uk within 28 days of the draw date. Where possible, we will contact winners by phone or post ahead of their details being published. To help Asthma UK promote future fundraising draws, winners will be asked to provide a short comment about winning and a photograph.


GOLDEN TICKET  RULES:

1. There is no obligation to donate to Asthma UK or enter the 'Win it your way' Raffle 2020 to be eligible for the prize on offer when entering the Autumn 2020 Golden Ticket VIP Free Prize Draw. However, donations or participation in the raffle are greatly appreciated, as the aim is to raise funds to help people with asthma.

2. All entries must be received by 20 November 2020 at Freepost Plus RTTC-ZXUY-GJUC, Asthma UK, Lansdowne House, Bumpers Way, Bumpers Farm, Chippenham, SN14 6NG. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost in the post, or that are not delivered by the Closing Date. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible entries will be disqualified.

3. The Autumn 2020 Golden Ticket VIP Free Prize Draw prize is a choice between £500 or an Apple 10.2" iPad (2019) of the charities choosing, up to the value of £500. Models of prizes may vary from those advertised.

4. The winner of the Autumn 2020 Golden Ticket VIP Free Prize Draw has already been drawn at random from amongst those selected to receive this additional chance to win. The prize can only be claimed if the winning Golden Ticket is returned with the personalised entry sticker affixed to their Golden Ticket. If the winning ticket is not returned by 20 November 2020 then the prize will be retained by Asthma UK.

5. Winners details and prizes will be posted online at www.asthma.org.uk within 28 days of the draw date. Where possible, we will contact winners by phone or post ahead of their details being published. Winners will be asked to provide a short comment about winning and a photograph to help Asthma UK promote future fundraising draws.

6. Entry into the Autumn 2020 Golden Ticket VIP Free Prize Draw is by invitation only. Those under 16 years of age, employees of Asthma UK, or of other companies connected with the running of the Draw (and their immediate families), are not eligible for entry.

7. The prize draw is run in strict accordance with the guidelines of the Direct Marketing Association and the Committee of Advertising Practice.

8. By returning the entry document and participating, entrants imply acceptance of these rules.

9. Apple do not sponsor, endorse or otherwise recommend the promotion and promoter.
