EA to Chief Operating Officer                   

This great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as we are launching a new strategy and are also engaged in a change and modernisation agenda. Much of this agenda is driven by or requires support from the Operations directorate, and the EA to the COO provides support across the team to ensure we stay focussed and on track.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your role is crucial in ensuring the overall department runs efficiently and effectively and the COO remains effective by proactively solving problems, minimising distractions, and managing the COO’s time. This extends beyond administrative support and into supporting projects, marshalling competing and overlapping priorities, and helping to manage relationships.

You will have a passion for learning and in return, we’ll invest in your development and give you exposure to all elements of the Operations directorate, which provides the support functions to the business, including Finance, HR and Technology.

 

Location: Hybrid working between home and the Mansell Street Office, London. Mostly this is on a flexible basis but please note the role will occasionally be required to attend the office to cover for the facilities manager.
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 per annum

Head of Finance Business Partnering                   

We are looking for a Head of Finance Business Partnering to work with our different business departments, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Finance, your role will provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making and lead the Finance Business Partnering function.

You will provide analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies. You will build partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and provide financial support to commercial decision making.

Location: Hybrid working between home and the Mansell Street office, London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

Finance Business Partner                  

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who works to the Head of Business Partnering and alongside our different business directorates, providing financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, challenging their thinking, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, your role is important in providing the insight that allows managers to challenge, coach and motivate their teams whilst providing 'real time' support and analysis. You are to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in decision making.

You will own the end-to-end processes behind budgeting, forecasting and complex financial modelling working alongside and support the management accountant. You will review business development activity and analyse contracts that are classed as high risk.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Management and Systems Accountant                 

We are looking for a part-qualified Management and Systems Accountant who will work to the Head of Business Partnering. Finance business partners are an important bridge between the Finance function, management and other areas of the business. They deliver financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives across the business that equips them with the information they need to make informed decisions that align with company objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, your role will provide a full suite of management accounts and be the lead on the implementation and integration of the ambitious plans to integrate the financial systems. The role will provide 'real time' support and analysis.

You will own the end-to-end process behind budgeting, forecasting and complex financial modelling whilst taking a lead on discrete system project. You will identify opportunities for system integration working with the IT team to effect real change.

Trusts & Statutory Manager                 

Join our successful Trusts and Statutory Team as our Trusts and Statutory Manager. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Trusts and Statutory, you will manage a number of high value grant partnerships and lead on prospecting and applying for high value bids. You will manage key relationships with funders, as well as coordinating cross-organisational responses to large opportunities. You will be joining a dynamic team with big ambitions for growth, in a well-established Fundraising department and will have an opportunity to make a considerable impact on our work.  

 The team frequently punch above our weight, recent successes including six figure partnerships with Clean Air Fund, Fidelity, and NHS England amongst others. This role will be responsible for building on this success ensuring that we continue to win new relationships with Trusts, Foundations and Statutory donors that match our core and programmatic priorities, as well as managing a healthy pipeline of existing funders. Focusing on maximising income through multi-year, strategic relationships that meets both ours and the funders needs.     

You will be an experienced manager who thrives on building and winning high-value transformational partnerships with a proven ability to build excellent relationships and networks to deliver our ambition.
