Our current vacancies:
Research and Innovation Advocacy Officer
The Research and Innovation Advocacy Officer will play a crucial part in advocating for a step-change in investment into respiratory research and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Research and Innovation Advocacy, it will demand an innovative approach to advocacy, driving the development of compelling messages to influence major research funders, government and industry.
The prioritisation of respiratory disease within the NHS and the recent 10-year Life Sciences Vision provides an unprecedented moment to build the future of respiratory research and innovation and transform outcomes for millions of people who are battling to breathe. You will help us drive a substantial increase in the UK’s investment into respiratory research and innovation, which in turn will radically change how lung conditions are diagnosed, managed and treated.
Applying your skills in developing high-quality briefings and position statements, you will help us to be more effective in targeting and influencing senior stakeholders. You will have an appetite for influencing decision-makers, matched with a curiosity for how we can accelerate progress for people with respiratory disease through new technologies.
