This winter you can help stop asthma attacks simply by sharing a #Scarfie (a selfie with a scarf).
Every 10 seconds someone is having a potentially life-threatening asthma attack in the UK, and as many as three quarters of people with asthma tell us cold air triggers their symptoms.
Wrapping a scarf loosely over your nose and mouth to warm up the air before you breathe it in is such a simple tip, and sharing it could save the life of someone with asthma.
If you haven’t already, share your #Scarfie with us today:

Sharing a #Scarfie is a bit of winter fun, but it could also make a difference to people with asthma – so we’d love you to spread the word and get your friends, family, workplace or school involved in the action too.
