Rules of entry for Asthma UK Raffles.

Raffles

At £1 per ticket, Raffles are a great way for you, your family and friends to share the fun and help Asthma UK be there for people with asthma. To play our next raffle and be in with a chance of winning a substantial cash prize, please give us a call on 0345 601 6936 and we will make sure that you are sent some tickets in time to play our next raffle.

For supporters in Northern Ireland if you request tickets, we are obliged to ask that you do not sell them to family or friends.

2016 New Year Raffle

Entry: The raffle draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age.

Terms of Entry: Entry is only valid from players aged 16 years old or over. No person under this age is allowed to enter the raffle by law. Asthma UK staff and their families are excluded from playing the Raffle. Woods Response Services employees are excluded from playing the Raffle.

Draw date: Entry closes on 1 April 2016; the draw takes place on 4 April 2016. The draw will be conducted by a Gambling Commission approved External Lotteries Manager, using a random number generator.

Prizes: Car prize models may vary from those illustrated. Second prize choice will be equivalent to cash prize in holiday vouchers.

Winners: Winners details and prizes will be posted online on the Asthma UK website within 28 days of the draw date. Where possible, we will contact winners by phone or post ahead of their details being published. Winners will be asked to provide a short comment about winning and a photograph, or agree to be photographed to help Asthma UK promote future fundraising draws.

Late Entries: Monies received after the closing date will be treated as a donation.

Complaints Disputes: The Promoter operates a Complaints Disputes Procedure. Details are also available upon request.
