The full 100K route begins at Putney Bridge and heads upstream along the famous Towpath, passing through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor. The route offers stunning scenery and a riverside finish line. There are also 50K and 25K distance options available, as well as a separate 25K Thames Bridges Trek and a 10km Moonlight Walk through Central London.
